I love to cook. Not just make ice pops, but all kinds of cooking. For my wife’s birthday last December I made a Vanilla Poached Pear recipe that I thought was awesome. Recently, I came across some really nice pears and decided to try and capture that dessert in an ice pop.
The flavor is more subtle that some other flavors. It’s not a rich as chocolate or as bold as Double lime. But the natural sweetness of the pears pairs wonderfully with specs of real vanilla bean. It’s fruity and super refreshing.
