Based on our original Dairy free chocolate recipe. We take that recipe and add some heat from Guajillo chili powder. The first bite or two you’ll think you can’t really even taste the chili, but then it builds. It’s not overwhelming, it’s not like biting into a ghost pepper, but there’s a definite heat that balances the sweetness of the chocolate pop. We’re certainly not the first people to combine chili and chocolate, but it sure works for us.
